This indicates that you are on a secure page that’s using a valid SSL certificate and any information you submit will be encrypted and transmitted securely. In fact, you'll notice that my entire site is secure, not just the checkout pages. I don't mess around!

  • The 21-Day Metabolic Reset is a one-time payment, nothing recurring.  I also have a membership site where I post a brand new workout challenge every 3 weeks (people who loved the 21-Day Metabolic Reset love this!), but it is 100% optional (and it's currently invite-only).

General

  • All of the workouts are 25 minutes (or less). Burn360 is based on short, high-intensity strength & cardio training. I also incorporate full-body, functional exercises, interval training, and circuit training. It's my "Secret Sauce" to get you a rockin' bod without having to spend hours in the gym each week. Like Kimberly Wilkins' viral video, "Ain't nobody got time for that!"

  • No way! After all, that's why most people start Burn360 in the first place 😊.

Listen, it doesn't matter if you've never worked out a day in your life or if you used to be super fit and have let yourself go. You can do the program as long as you start out easy and build your strength and endurance back up. Even though Burn360 is a high-intensity program, the workouts are completely scalable to your individual fitness level and in the program, I explain how you can decrease (or increase) the intensity level of each workout so you can progress at a pace that’s right for you.

  • Heck no! Even if you're a total gym rat, you will be shocked at how quickly Burn360 will get you even better results compared to the workouts you're doing now (and in MUCH less time).

I've designed Burn360 to be scalable, so if you're a workout veteran, just follow my instructions on how to amp up the intensity to double and even triple your calorie burn 💪.

  • Although Burn360 isn't specifically designed for kids, it can be used by children as young as 13 (under proper guidance and supervision).

Contrary to popular belief, weight training will not stunt the growth of a youth (that’s a myth). If the appropriate load and proper techniques are used for the exercises, weight training can be incredibly beneficial to the strength and athletic development of a young person.

If your child has never done weight training before, try to get them to a basic introductory class for weight training in order to learn the proper technique for fundamental exercises such as squats, deadlifts, lunges, press-ups, push-ups and pull-ups. Good technique is key to performing exercises safely and staying injury free.

All of the Burn360 workouts can be scaled down to meet the level of your child’s fitness and strength. Pick lighter weights to start out. All other variables (rest intervals and speed) can also be adjusted to lower the intensity. Although the program is based on high-intensity and it’s encouraged that they give 100% effort, it’s more important to start out with a manageable level of difficulty so the child can make gradual progress as they go through the program. And, gaining a sense of accomplishment is vital to their continued motivation and development.

  • All you need is a pair of dumbbells and and bring-it-on attitude. 😉

  • I usually recommend 5-10 lbs. to start out. The weight you choose will depend on your current fitness level and will change as you get stronger. The idea here is that you want things to be challenging, but also doable.

  • Yes, I am certified by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).

Injuries

  • Knee injuries are so common that I've included modifications and substitutes for exercises that might otherwise irritate your knees. That usually does the trick, but ultimately it depends on the extent of your knee problems.

That said, I’ve had many clients with knee problems that have not only been able to complete the program successfully, but have found that the program actually helped strengthen their knees and reduced their knee pain as a result.

    I love when that happens!

  • First, I'm so sorry that your back is buggin' 😖.

Back problems can be complicated with a huge range of variables to consider. If your doctor has given you the green light to exercise, there a few things you should consider before starting Burn360, e.g. How bad is your back problem? How long have you had it and how active are you?

The type and severity of your back problem will determine whether or not you can do the workouts. Burn360 is based on short, high-intensity workouts that utilize full-body exercises using both your own bodyweight as well as dumbbells. The exercises include fundamental movements such as squatting, lunging, overhead press-ups, etc… If any of these movements cause pain and discomfort to your back, I wouldn’t recommend you the program right now.

If you suffer from sciatica, which is a radiating pain or numbness and tingling down your glutes and legs (usually on one side) you should not participate in the program until the sciatica is gone.

If your back problem is chronic in nature, but is manageable, you should be able to do the program. However, I would recommend starting slow and easy to see how your back feels as you progress with the program. As you get more comfortable with the workouts, you can gradually increase your intensity and effort level in accordance to the health of your back.

Here's some good news: Burn360 can actually be helpful in improving back problems. In my experience, people with moderate to chronic back problems have benefited greatly since the program helps them strengthen their low back while increasing the range of motion (flexibility) of their hips. Improving hip mobility significantly helps alleviate back problems.

Back problems considered more severe (like herniated discs) can also improve from strengthening the back. Strengthening the back is achieved by performing the functional exercises you'll do in Burn360. These types of exercises strengthen the core muscles that surround your spine, protecting it from excessive motion that can put stress on the discs of your back joints.

Also...consider how sedentary you've been since injuring your back. Lack of exercise and movement can oftentimes make your back problems worse (or even be the source of the problem!). Being sedentary for a long period of time leads to loss of core muscle strength, which makes you more susceptible to back injuries. If this is the case, it would be best to start out doing activities and movements that are less strenuous and intense to get your back and body in better shape before starting Burn360.

  • I feel your pain. (Remind me to tell you the story of my insane elbow injury...two surgeries later and a ton of rehab, I'm all good!)

Elbow injuries like tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow are usually caused by overuse and can be managed with adequate rest and rehab.

As far as Burn360 goes, the workouts require you to use dumbbells (the amount of weight is your choice, so you can go light to help reduce your elbow pain). But basically, if you’re able to hold onto the dumbbells without difficulty (even if you experience an onset of fatigue quickly), you can still do the program by adjusting some of the workout variables (I explain how in the program). However, if you have a really hard time holding onto dumbbells, it's probably best for you to focus on rehab and rest so you can heal up before starting Burn360.

  • Shoulder injuries are no fun!

Burn360 does include some exercises that involve overhead pushing and pulling, but I'll also show you how to modify your workouts to lessen the load on your shoulders. If your injury is moderate and you can do these types of movements without pain, you're good to go. But if it's more severe, I suggest you rehab that bad boy before starting Burn360.

  • Yes! I'll show you how to modify exercises so that you don't have to put weight on your wrists while they are bent. (That's usually the position that is painful). I'll show you exactly how to keep your wrists straight (in a neutral position) without having to sacrifice your intensity!

Health Issues

  • Congrats, mama! And good on ya for wanting to be fit and healthy while expecting. #respect

First, you should ask your doctor (I'm not a doctor and I cannot give you medical advice). However, generally speaking exercising while pregnant is fine (lots of expecting mamas are doing Burn360). But since it's a high-intensity program, I recommend you lower the intensity of the workouts while that baby's cooking. It's important that you don't overdo it.

Burn360 workouts are very easy to scale and I show you exactly how you can decrease your intensity. Since each mama and pregnancy is different, I recommend talking to your doctor and getting the green light before you begin any program just to make sure it’s a-okay.

  • Yes, you can! In the program, I will show you how to modify the workouts to be less intense, so that you start at a level that's right for YOU. As you increase your energy and strength, I'll show you how to progress from there. We're in this together!

  • There’s no such thing as being too old! Burn360 is based on the principle that fitness is based on intensity rather than duration (quality over quantity). So, being able to give your best effort is the key to getting the most out of the program, no matter your age.

The great thing about intensity is that it can be increased or decreased based on your current fitness level. Even though your 100% effort may not be the same as someone who's younger, the positive effects are the same. That means by doing the program to the best of your abilities, you’ll be able to burn more fat and increase your fitness level - no matter your age.

I'm in my 40's and I have clients in their 50's, 60's, and 70’s who are doing the program and loving it! The most important thing to keep in mind that all workouts and exercises scalable -- from the exercises, load, rest intervals and speed -- it can all be easily adjusted to your current fitness level so you can do the program safely and at your own pace. I explain all of this in the program, so don't you worry about a thing...I'm going to meet you where you're at!

  • Lots of women with arthritis have done Burn360, but ultimately it depends on the extent of your arthritis.

If it's moderate and you’re able to do fundamental movements like squats, lunges, pressing and pulling without much discomfort, you should be just fine. I will also guide you on how to modify the workouts to be less strenuous on your joints. I want this to work for you, so I've done my best to make sure you succeed!

  • If you suffer from any serious health problems (such as diabetes, heart disease, etc…), please talk to your doctor before beginning any new fitness program, including Burn360. If you purchase the program and you doctor says "nope", just email me for a hassle-free refund.
